Truth says I take the mind, the will, and the emotions and start thinking, making choices, and feeling results.  Application of this says we need to transform our mind by being renewed.  This is done by the way we are thinking.  Every choice we make is processed through our thinking and we will then get results.  We will either feel good or bad by our thinking.

Thinking on the negative takes us into imagination.  If we stay in our imagination long enough it will become a stronghold.  It then becomes like a mountain in our life.  Praying in the Spirit is warfare which prepares and equips us to be of sound mind to bring down the stronghold.
